We offer Orton-Gillingham (OG) Tutoring in-person or virtually to kindergarten-12th grade students in most content areas. Should you wish to receive tutoring virtually, we will refer you to our sister school, The Academy Virtual. Dawn Pakrul conducts all of our in-person OG Tutoring.
The Orton-Gillingham Approach is a direct, explicit, multisensory, structured, sequential, diagnostic, and prescriptive way to teach concepts that are not easily understood by children.
Often times students with dyslexia thrive with an OG teaching approach. OG is most properly understood and practiced as an approach, not a method, program, or system. Since this approach is delivered by our amazing OG Tutors, it becomes a powerful tool for children and begins to unlock their unlimited learning potential.
